STANDARD SESSIONS with MHCP
- $230 for 50 minutes – $140.35 out of pocket
- Sessions which go over time are $60/15 minutes or part thereof
- If an initial appointment is missed, other appointments will not be available
- You do not have to have a MHCP to book an appointment you only need one if you want a Medicare rebate
- NO BULK BILL AVAILABLE
- No NDIS clients at the moment
MENTAL HEALTH CARE PLAN (MHCP)
I recommend that you get a MHCP from your GP
- Gives you a Medicare rebate
- Gives you 10 sessions/calendar year (6 then 4 on GP Review)
- Ask for a long appointment with your GP to set it up
PAYMENT at the end of sessions
- Cash, Eftpos, direct debit
- Medicare rebate not available in the appointment – rebate obtained by logging onto MyGov, Medicare and putting in the details on my receipt sent same day of the appointment
- Electronic reminders provided for your session
- 4 Reminders are provided to prevent missed appointments
- 2 & 1 week THEN 3 & 1 days (by email then text 24 hours beforehand)
WHAT TO EXPECT FOR YOUR 1ST APPOINTMENT
- Usually involves explaining the therapy, setting up processes
- We are getting to know each other & either you or Patricia will usually do a lot of talking
- It may take 2-3 (sometimes more) sessions before we can begin active therapy, it depends on where you are at

- Please download ZOOM on your device – its free to use
- Sound quality works better if you use ear buds
- Please have a glass of water & tissues handy so you don’t have to get up
